After first giving it a try myself with the aid of the Navi Manual, I thought it to be in our best interest to meet with Wade to validate the routes that I created. Wade was awesome and taught me a more efficient method of creating Destinations through the use of the "Voice Command System." Questions were fielded as if by a veteran Center Fielder. When it came time for the dreaded negotiations, even though his office was occupied by a stolid squatter, he somehow wrangled another spacious setting in which to banter. We were led through the opaque process by this Lord of Lexus lore, and soon discovered the bliss of owning one of the finest automobiles created. In retrospect, I must admit that a hot and steamy mocha would have possibly persuaded me to up my offer by at least another 50 dollars. But alas, twas not so. Hence, Sam may do well to consider the power of a satisfied palette. More

He was relatively quiet during my first test-drive, which I appreciated. Often sales people launch into a rant of over-sharing, which is distracting when trying to get a real feel for a vehicle. Aaron offered just a few comments and answered my questions - Perfect! Aaron also communicated efficiently with me by text so the whole experience didn't take longer than necessary. Larry Brodacz, the Sales Director was so chill, calm, and genuine, which put me at ease. No high pressure sales here. The finance person, Jordan Klein, was a blast - a lot of fun. Jordan made the purchase easy to understand and helped clarify important details for me. Wade Schumacher, the techy-guru was also fun and extremely detailed - really knows his stuff. Wade also invited me to stop anytime for additional tips about all the advanced technology in my car. The reception desk staff were so easy to talk with - professional, genuine and friendly. This was the easiest, breeziest, most enjoyable, and SHORTEST car purchase I have had in 40 years of car buying! I highly recommend Lexus of Brookfield. Thanks Guys! More
