Lexus of Brookfield responded

In response to this review, you are correct that you brought your LS 460L in for service on November 26th for an oil change and that we found an oil leak which would be covered under your warranty. We had hoped to be able to complete the repair within the time that Jake had specified. Unfortunately, that did not happen for the reasons you mentioned above and we do apologize for that. As you know, your LS 460L is a very special car, the top of the line for Lexus. As such, not just anyone is allowed to work on this very special car. Only our best certified mechanic will do for this type of repair. Dropping the engine on this car is not an easy thing to do. We would never let anyone other than the right mechanic complete this type of repair, even at the expense of taking too long or getting a bad review. At Lexus of Brookfield, there is only one way to fix your car and that is making sure that the repair is done correctly and your car is safe to drive when you leave our service center. To do this repair any other way would not be acceptable to us or to the standards that Lexus requires. Sometimes it takes longer then we anticipate, which is why we have a New Lexus Loaner Vehicle for our customers to drive while the repair is being completed. We are truly sorry that this complimentary service did not meet your level of expectations. All of the people you mention in your review have been here long before Napleton became our owner and the dealerships grasp of customer service and truthful communication has not changed. That is why Jake kept in communication with you 3 times along the way. It is also why you were contacted by three different managers once we were aware of your issue.
