Outstanding dealership It used to be that when it came time for us to purchase a new vehicle, rather than being excited, we grimaced. We usually did not enjoy the process. It used to be that when it came time for us to purchase a new vehicle, rather than being excited, we grimaced. We usually did not enjoy the process. But then we found Lexus of Brookfield and car buying became fun. In our recent purchasing experience, Dale Roeglin, our sales associate, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient with us. Rather than grimacing, Dale had us laughing for a good part of the time that we spent with him. We had worked with Dale previously and there was no question in our mind that we wanted to work with him again. Verbie Swanigan was our financial associate, and again, we experienced expert professionalism combined with a very friendly personality which resulted in the chore of paperwork actually being pleasant. Wade Schumacher, our technology mentor, was able to gauge our comfort level with technology and tailor his explanations of the more advanced tech features so that we were not overwhelmed. He also immediately put us at ease by assuring us that we could have multiple sessions with him, in fact, as many as we needed, and that we could always contact him with questions. In summary, we found the dealership where we can experience the joy of purchasing a new vehicle while feeling respected and valued - Lexus of Brookfield! More

This is the second Lexus we’ve bought through this dealership and by far our best experience. They are complete professionals and make car buying pleasant which is not always the case! The technology specialist, Wade is wonderful and does an excellent job teaching all the ins and outs of the new car. He also makes himself available long after the car purchase to answer any questions that arise. All and all I highly recommend Lexus of Brookfield as an excellent dealership to work with. More

Wade is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively in an easy-to-understand style. Personalized Purchasing Experience In 2010 I purchased our first Lexus hybrid vehicle—a HS250h from Jack Safro Lexus of Brookfield, WI. The Lexus model HS250h was new to the dealership In 2010 I purchased our first Lexus hybrid vehicle—a HS250h from Jack Safro Lexus of Brookfield, WI. The Lexus model HS250h was new to the dealership as it was to the sales person who was employed only a week earlier. Once the sale was complete, I was handed a thick manual, a folder with the sales documents and warranties, and a DVD disc. The salesperson's closing words were, “Watch the DVD it has all of the information you need.” And although I intended, over the course of eight years, to watch the Lexus DVD, I never did take the time. As a result, even though I put 250,000+ miles on the HS250h, there were features of the car I never took time to learn about. December of 2018, I traded in my dependable HS250h on a new LS500h to take advantage of the end of year sales incentives at Lexus of Brookfield. Over the years, I had talked with Bob Strauss, the business manager, while receiving periodic oil maintenance services at the Lexus of Brookfield Service Center. I called Bob Strauss to let him know I was interested in a LS250h and asked him to let me know what Lexus had available for inventory. Bob and his team responded immediately and Larry Brodacz, Director of Sales, went on line and identified four LS500h vehicles in the US. Larry and Bob arranged for a test drive at the Lexus of Brookfield dealership. I drove the car and fell in love with the technological features, awesome handling and beautifully designed interior. The sales process was highly personalized and professional. Brian Larson, Finance Manager, made the financing of the LS500h simple and painless. He was a pleasure to interface with and was efficient with the use of my time. When I picked up the car, a surprise for my wife, Bob presented the LS500h with a giant red bow resting on the moon roof and a dozen red roses placed on the windshield. My wife, trying to fully understand what was happening said, “You bought this car?” I nodded my head, yes. The most significant surprise of that night, however, was when we were introduced to Wade Schumacher, Technology/Delivery Department Manager. Wade sat in the car with us. I sat in the driver’s seat, Wade in the passenger seat and my wife looking on from the rear seat. Wade stepped us through the features of the car—it was an amazing learning experience. Wade is the kind of person who loves his job (teaching) and the Lexus brand. My wife and I feel like we made new friends throughout the personalized purchase and delivery process at Lexus of Brookfield in the State of Wisconsin. Warranty repair that took 2 weeks Went in for an oil change on Monday November 26, 2018 only to learn that I had a oil leak which was covered under warranty, the repair would require r Went in for an oil change on Monday November 26, 2018 only to learn that I had a oil leak which was covered under warranty, the repair would require removal of the engine , Jake my service advisor said that they could have it fixed by Thursday or Friday at the latest (3 to 4 days) . Received a call on Thursday that one of the people working on the car had a family issue, Jake told me that the car would not be done till Monday, while not what I wanted to hear I was acceptable to the delay. Monday came around and another call from Jake letting me know that my car would not be done due to the need for it to be inspected by Lexus and that the car would not be done till Thursday or worst case Friday. Thursday my wife talked to Jake only to learn that my car would not be done before the weekend. Sent an E-Mail to the Executive GM expressing my dissatisfaction with the delay, no response for the better part of the day, then I had calls from the service manager who couldn't understand what the problem was since they provided me with a loaner (not equal to what I drive), so I called Lexus zone office and told my story, then a call from their loyalty manager, and then an E-mail from the GM neither of which that indicated that they were appalled at what had transpired, all they were interested in was trying to justify the delay due to not having the properly trained person available to complete my repair. The bottom line is my dissatisfaction was nothing to them until I contacted the zone office. Once I told them that I would be writing a negative review there is an all out effort to smooth things over including service gift cards and a complementary detail service, which I will not accept as to me its bribery to prevent a negative review. This service center does not have a grasp on customer service and truthfull communication to the customer. When this dealer was under Jack Safro this would not have happened, now its just a big corporate entity that feels it has the right to abuse the customer. Find someplace else for your service work!!! More
