Kevin Bell was gracious enough to drive me over from the service center to the showroom and show me exactly what was available. His warm and friendly personality inspired me to consider a new ES 350. Kevin patiently reviewed various purchase/lease plans with me and did his very best to accommodate the price I was willing and able to spend. I was 100% satifisfied with the process and must admit that Kevin's enthusiam for Lexus in general and this car specifically was genuine and contagious.
