Great Experience!! My wife and I drove up to Lexus of Brookfield all the way from Chicago in hopes of purchasing a 2016 RX350 they had on site. Our last experience with My wife and I drove up to Lexus of Brookfield all the way from Chicago in hopes of purchasing a 2016 RX350 they had on site. Our last experience with a dealership left my wife extremely skeptical, but working with Dave, Wade, Verbie and the rest of the Brookfield staff changed her and mines perspective. It was a flawless experience with Dave during the initial purchase. He was extremely inviting and the environment was great. We at no time felt pressured and all our our questions were answered before we began the paper work, a truly enjoyable buying experience. Verbie the finance guy was an absolute delight, so much so that my wife had to cut us off from chatting so much so we could finally leave the dealership. After we completed the purchase the tech wiz stepped in (Wade). He delivered his Lexpertise in regards to all the vehicles functions, synced our phones, and we were off and running. He gave us his personal information so that at anytime we have questions about the functionality of the vehicle we can call or shoot him a message. Technology Expert Is Awesome! Wade greeted me for my appointment on a day he was not even scheduled to be there...Really? - Thank You Wade!! I arrived late after my service call u Wade greeted me for my appointment on a day he was not even scheduled to be there...Really? - Thank You Wade!! I arrived late after my service call up the hill and even though I felt bad, Wade seemed only interested in making my visit special. He got me a water and we headed for the car. He gave me his undivided attention to every detail I was asking about. He is pretty amazing in how he explains the workings of the on board computer. He explains things in an easy, methodical manner that takes it from overload of the brain to "Now that makes sense" and leaves you with the rationalization to do it yourself without ever making you feel like "man, I'm dumb". He never rushed through anything and made sure i had all my questions answered on my time and at my speed. Thanks Wade for a job that exceeded my expectations and Lexus of Brookfield has a Gem in You!! More
