Get everything in writing Price quoted was not what was charged. $800 in add-on fees when finalizing the paperwork. Promised to include a lifetime wax product, but they have no idea if it was applied before I picked up the car. Make sure you get all promises in writing because they seem to have a fair amount of turnover. Just because someone promised you a free detailing or free oil change, there is a good chance that person will no longer be at the dealership when you try to get the work done. All I can stress is get the final price IN WRITING before agreeing to buy a vehicle from these people and make sure you get all promises IN WRITING as well. More
