I was trying to find a particular car anywhere in the US and found one here at Lexus of Brookfield. I reached out to see if it was still available and was immediately contacted by a sales professional name and found one here at Lexus of Brookfield. I reached out to see if it was still available and was immediately contacted by a sales professional named Dale Roeglin. Dale was fantastic and answered all of my questions and even sent me many videos and photos to confirm the look and condition of it. I texted and called Dale many times and he always called me back immediately even a few times after hours. Dale was not pushy and made that clear from the beginning. I agreed to make the purchase and was then contacted by Chris Zilvitis in the finance department who also spent a lot of time with me to answer questions, and I had many. I was probably a little annoying with my many questions but they were absolute pros. Chris, like Dale, gave me his personal cell number and said he was always open to discuss the process, and he was.
