The Atlantic City Service Department always does a good job for us. They are professional in their work and always let us know if anything may need attention at our next visit. I don't know how to get them to service my 2024 RX 350L when they don't answer their phone and don't return messages. I called the service department twice wiith no call back. I called the Asst. I have been using this dealership to service my Lexuses for many years and have consistently had a problems with them not returning calls. AFtet paying $65,000 for my car this is unacceptable! Lexus should do better. More

Tina was excellent in taking the time to understand the issue of us not having the lock to remove our tire in order to fix the flat. I don’t know how they get any good reviews. Their prices are not competitive with other Lexus dealers.
