Incredible Experience at Lexus of Albuquerque! I was involved in a car accident and my previous car was totalled! My company owner referred me to Wright Zimmerly at Lexus of ABQ! I only had 7 days I was involved in a car accident and my previous car was totalled! My company owner referred me to Wright Zimmerly at Lexus of ABQ! I only had 7 days left on my rental-so called Wright to see if he could identify a car for me! I gave him my must haves and my (limited) budget and he went to work. Within 24 hours he found me the exact car I wanted and arranged the financing with Zach! I met both Wright and Zach at the dealership and was through the process very quickly! The owner even came out to meet me and make sure I was happy! Wright spent time with me in my new Lexus to make sure I understood all the mechanics! By the time I left-I truly felt like part of the Lexus family. There was never a moment where I felt like Wright was trying to do anything but make sure I got the best car possible at the best price! BEST Experience picking out my FREE Lexus! Kassandra was absolutely AMAZING! I had been in and out of the dealership for a few months gearing up to hit qualifications for New Mexico's Very Fir Kassandra was absolutely AMAZING! I had been in and out of the dealership for a few months gearing up to hit qualifications for New Mexico's Very First FREE Lexus with the Rodan+Fields car program ($125k per month for 3 months - Lexus doesn't get these cars back as our business is booming by the time we qualify! ;) This was a HUGE deal and Kassandra knew it! She helped pick out my perfect Trophy Car! She made the process so easy and gave great advice on options that I would want. The owner and my service advisor both came over and introduced themselves and congratulated me. When the car arrived to the dealership the following week, Kassandra delivered it to my driveway with the big red bow. Some of my local team was there for the delivery and it made the FB Live that much more EXCITING! We are doing an event this week for some of the rest of the local team and Lexus of ABQ is making it very special with fun photo ops with that trademarked red bow. Later this summer, when the BIG Lexus Party is happening and the rest of our out of state Lexus Achievers on our team come into town, the dealership is going to help with photo op pictures with multiple cars.
