Lexus of ALbuquerque Review Dealing with the sales department was not difficult. Sales manager spoke with us. Chuck Cunningham, the sales rep, was helpful and pleasant. Negotiating sales price and trade-in value was unstressful. Best of all, we had to buy our GX 460 on very short notice before going on a long trip and the dealership really did a great job in getting us the NM state documents to title and license the vehicle. We have owned BMWs for 30 years and Lexus of Albuquerque was overall a better experience than any of our BMW dealerships. To use a Navy expression, Bravo Zulu (means “great job”) More

Best buying experience EVER! I walked into Lexus of Alb and was immediately greeted by Mike. Mike was dealing with a customer and pointed us in the direction of Shane. We looked at the car I wanted, test drove the car, and was extremely impressed. Shane put together an offer that we could handle, and sealed the deal. This experience took less than an hour (not the usual 3 hours of back & forth from any other dealer). I strongly recommend Lexus & Shane to anyone that may be looking for a new car! More
