Over the years, I have worked with Wright Zimmerly on both endeavors--most recently, a few days ago, when I purchased a pre-owned RX 350 F Sport. Wright is a consummate professional, whose mastery of Lexus and the complexity of sales procedures is remarkably impressive. He passed the baton on to Sonia Torcioni, whose patient and expert guidance throughout the process was deeply appreciated. Then, we met up with Timea Nadas, whose skillful and efficient handling of the necessary paperwork was exceptional. I write this review today to commend these three people, whose professional competence is matched only by the warmth of their cordiality. More
I recently purchased an RX 350 from Chuck Cunningham at Lexus of Albuquerque. The transaction started over the phone because I live in Houston and am moving to Northern New Mexico. Chuck didn’t have what I Lexus of Albuquerque. The transaction started over the phone because I live in Houston and am moving to Northern New Mexico. Chuck didn’t have what I wanted on his lot but he found what I was looking for and took the time to go get it from another lexus dealership. Chuck worked hard for me, jumped through a lot of hoops to please me (self admitting I’m not a very easy person to please) and is sending me away with a perfect car. We made a very fair deal on price and my trade in. I strongly recommend Chuck for your next Lexus purchase. Raving fan on Lexus of Albuquerque and Chuck Cunningham. More

I had been let down after having factory issues with a vehicle and it was ignored, I was in search of a new dealership I could rely on. This year I took my Family member and we had yet another fantastic experience, I can say I have found the dealership I will place my trust in, thank you Kassandra, and Jason for ensuring everything comes together for your customers hard earned money! Absolute horrible experience at Lexus of Albuquerque. Shocked that a "reputable" dealership would behave so unprofessionally. My husband and I have been in the market for a used Lexus GX460 for over six Shocked that a "reputable" dealership would behave so unprofessionally. My husband and I have been in the market for a used Lexus GX460 for over six months and thought we had found the perfect one at Lexus of Albuquerque. Called the dealership to verify the 2018 Lexus GX that was shown online was still available and they confirmed it was. Made an appointment for that same day, October 8th, 2022, for a test drive and fell in love. We made a deal with Frank Valencia AND the General Manager, signed the purchase agreement, and put down a $1,000 deposit since we were traveling out of the town the next day. We were instructed to provide some additional information online, which we did, and scheduled the pickup of our vehicle for Tuesday, October 11, 2022. On Monday, October 10, 2022, Mr. Valencia called and said he had "some bad news" for us. Apparently, the vehicle was "already sold" when we took it for a test drive, met with the General Manager, signed the purchase agreement, and put down our deposit. xxxxxxxx. The dealership took a higher offer while we were out of town and did not honor the commitment, they had made to us, even with the agreement and deposit in their hands. You would think that this would warrant a call directly from General Manager Mont Porter who congratulated us personally on our purchase, but no, he made his sales associate do his dirty work while he allowed this vehicle to be sold out from underneath us. This dealership and General Manager are not to be trusted. I would expect this from a small, shady dealership, but not a certified Lexus dealership. Not only have they wasted our time, what about our deposit? No mention of our $1,000 deposit when they called with the "bad news". Lexus of Albuquerque does not care about their customers or their reputation. I would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this dealership or their terrible management. More
