Lexus of Albuquerque

I took back my 2021 Lexus for the 1st service since I purchased it in July. The car has approx 27k miles on it. Since it was past the 25k mile service, but not yet to the 30k service , I asked if they wo purchased it in July. The car has approx 27k miles on it. Since it was past the 25k mile service, but not yet to the 30k service , I asked if they would just go ahead and do the 30k . I was told no. Basically I brought back the car to have the tires rotated. If I had known that was what the 25k mile service provided, I would have just waited and brought in the car once it hit 30k I felt like it was a waste of my time. More

Finally went in, and found out that my car had been done and was ready. No follow through on promised texts or phone calls. Disappointing. I'm glad I went in. Otherwise who knows when they would have attempted to reach out to me. No loner cars even though it took almost a full working day. Because of this, if you choose to wait be prepared for a n intensely overcrowded waiting room, or have someone follow you so you don't have to deal with it. More
