1. I purposely requested a loaner because the job on my car was going to take longer than one day. I had to wait over one hour after the lady on the phone had told me I had a loaner car would be available car was going to take longer than one day. I had to wait over one hour after the lady on the phone had told me I had a loaner car would be available for me! 2. The lady at the cashier’s desk was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. I have been in management my whole career and she would’ve been fired for her behavior. 3. Daniel was nowhere to be found to go over with me. The things that were repaired on my car not good service! 4. The cashier told me when she checked me out “oh your car’s out there” pointing at the parking lot, that was it. I had to go look for it! 5. My radiator was repaired and they did not bother to clean the old corrosion off. My husband had to do it when I got home. Let’s just say, I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service that you gave me. More

Very nice dealership. Mike Torres did us good. He found the car we wanted. Our problem was with your IT issues. We probably spent an entire hour extra in a simple cash sa Mike Torres did us good. He found the car we wanted. Our problem was with your IT issues. We probably spent an entire hour extra in a simple cash sale because your email wasn’t working. We ended up having to fax proof of insurance and the whole ordeal took way longer than it should have- 2 hours, 40 minutes. It was record heat that day and we were ready to get on. This was not Mike’s fault but because your dealership has no IT support. The woman who handled all the paperwork is very sharp. We love the car. More
