We ended up having to fax proof of insurance and the whole ordeal took way longer than it should have- 2 hours, 40 minutes. It was record heat that day and we were ready to get on. This was not Mike’s fault but because your dealership has no IT support. The woman who handled all the paperwork is very sharp. We love the car. More
