I worked with Yoko in sales and Tori in finance. My experience was amazing, and this is coming from someone who would rather have a root canal than buy a car. Tori explained everything clearly, there was no arm twisting involved, and the process was painless. And Yoko! I can’t say enough great things about her. She was so easy to work with, and after we came to agreement, she was on top of every single aspect of the process, from delivery to the dealership, to paperwork completion, transport arrangement, and tag/title reception. I never had to call her one time. She always called or texted with updates throughout the process. I don’t know who is in charge of raises, but Yoko deserves one! Best experience ever!!! More
