I come to this service center for repair and replace in an early morning of the day. My car light lamp near rear bumper at the passenger side was broken and need to be replaced. Thought the site’s been under constructions / renovations, it won’t stop from it’s busy but all-in-order business. There is long line already as early as 7:30am, the guy greeting me thoughtfully (that I realized it during the ongoing works) assigned me Eric Yang, who showed his professional and efficient way of working. Eric lets me know the whole process, clear and simple, and confirms with me that the car will been washed out before I can pick it up, from which I changed of my idea and decided waiting a pick up instead of loaner a car. Eric Yang keeps me updating of the repair steps, follow up with my payment once I received “pick up text”, everything feels like easygoing and went through, let me experienced “care of service”. I would like strongly share Eric’s awesome services provided! While I was waiting at lounge, it was just wonderful, they have food/snacks and beverage/coffee bar, they have cell phone charger station, they have comfortable sofas, they have laptop desk with plugs as well! You feels like you are in a high ranked star conference center! I would say this service center is worth of it’s services, definitely!! More
