Douglas Elliott "Doug" is a true representative for Lexus and SM Lexus Service. He was professional, courteous and delivered on time. I've been to 2 other Lexus service centers, both of which were professional, but Doug and the team there ran like clockwork. They won me over. Very impressed. The checkout staff were incredibly nice as well (forgot their names, but important to note!). As for going in for service, no one loves to do that, Doug made it easy! Thanks. JS More
