When I went to the San Diego Lexus Dealership, I was greeted by Mikhael Mikhael, who made me feel very comfortable as he guided me through the available SUV’s. I must say that this was my best car sh greeted by Mikhael Mikhael, who made me feel very comfortable as he guided me through the available SUV’s. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mikhael was very informative, and he was able to answer every question of mine patiently. He delivered an incredible service and gave a very pleasant experience. When I finally decided on the vehicles model & colors that I wanted for my wife, he sat me down and ran me through the entire process quickly. There was such a shortage and backlog of hybrid vehicles that I needed to custom order the vehicle. He then advised me it would be several months before it would be built. For the 6 months that I waited to receive the vehicle, Mikhael would keep me abreast of the status every single week, even before I had a chance to text him first to get an update. Not only did he perform his duties as a salesperson, but he always made it a point to ask about the welfare of my family. This is truly above and beyond his work description, which my wife and I appreciated very much. Mikhael is a true professional and is a great asset to the San Diego Lexus team.
