Initially we thought our experience was very good. ..then a few days after our purchase we learned that the Lexus service department had spent over $4000. on a repair caused by an incident that had occ ..then a few days after our purchase we learned that the Lexus service department had spent over $4000. on a repair caused by an incident that had occurred 3 weeks prior. This information was withheld from us. This would have affected our negotiations. We felt it should have been disclosed when we showed interest in the car we ultimately purchased. This was/is a very dishonest practice. The incident was not reported to Car-fax by the dealership as it should have been, and the Car-fax report stated the car had no "reported accidents" OR "damage." More
