Friendly staff, from sales to finance. We were the first to look at the vehicle (used 2016 Toyota 4Runner). As we were making the purchase, we were told that the front driver floor mat was We were the first to look at the vehicle (used 2016 Toyota 4Runner). As we were making the purchase, we were told that the front driver floor mat was missing, and we only received 1 actual key (plus a valet key). No offers were made for replacement, other than we could obtain that from Toyota. We discovered that the owner's manuals were not in the vehicle when we got home. The offer was to send a link for it. Overall the experience was great and negotiating was quick, however the extra step would have been appreciated. We have since purchased spare keys and a replacement mat. More

He was extremely helpful and caring to work with me on landing a 2024 Lexus UH 250 with all its bells and whistles, with a trade in of my old 2016 Prius.
