I will not entertain this dealer ship again. Came from AZ because they had the car I exactly wanted. They had so many rules, regulations and restrictions. I also dealt with three different sales man. Manager ripped me off with my trade in. Process took a long tedious time. My credit union reached out to them to inquire about certain things and they never responded. Just wanted to make a sell basically. Was just over the entire experience. If I buy from California again I will go ahead and go to Cerritos Lexus or Longo. More
