No offers were made for replacement, other than we could obtain that from Toyota. We discovered that the owner's manuals were not in the vehicle when we got home. The offer was to send a link for it. Overall the experience was great and negotiating was quick, however the extra step would have been appreciated. We have since purchased spare keys and a replacement mat. More
