My first time to service my car at Lexus for my 5K Maintenance. I still did my oil change and I did not want to wait until 10K mileage. Anyhow, I dropped my car off at 8:45am and the car was finished Maintenance. I still did my oil change and I did not want to wait until 10K mileage. Anyhow, I dropped my car off at 8:45am and the car was finished by noontime. They checked all the fluids and rotated the tires and they re-aligned the wheel (tires) as my car kept pulling to the right. I’m very happy with the service done to my car.
