I came to the Lexus with a tire issue. I showed up at 3:30pm. I was told to wait in the waiting area for Tim to come and see me. It was 5:00 and Tim still didn't show up. I went back to th I showed up at 3:30pm. I was told to wait in the waiting area for Tim to come and see me. It was 5:00 and Tim still didn't show up. I went back to the service department where I was told Tim had left. My Lexus was still in the same spot where I parked it. 5 people acted like I just showed up including the person who first acknowledged me at 3:30. I was again told to wait in the waiting area. 20 minutes later a guy in a red shirt told me i needed a new tire. When I first got there they said the tire needed a patch. I then questioned the price of the tire $300. I said I found the tire cheaper at both Sams and Walmart and that Lexus typically matched the price. He told me we don't do that and do I want the tire or not. I was traveling across the state and needed to know I would not have a problem with the tire so I agreed to overpay for the tire. When I was ready to leave the guy held my keys gave me an evil smile then handed me my keys. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Wilde Lexus. I was furious. I've been a customer for Wilde Lexus for 6 years and this was the absolute worst customer service experience. More
