Service advisor was very pleasant with a calm demeanor. He was attentive to my service appointment. The servicing of my car took 2 days which ran into the weekend. My service advisor called me on a Saturday to let me know my repairs were done and I could pick up my car on Monday. Now that is customer service. He called me not me having to call him.
