We were on vacation and heading back to KY when our RX300 broke down. We were able to limp to Wilde on a Saturday morning. The engine was blown but Dee and Travis took excellent care of us with a loaner veh broke down. We were able to limp to Wilde on a Saturday morning. The engine was blown but Dee and Travis took excellent care of us with a loaner vehicle while they figured out the problems. we would have been taken advantage of in this situation by most any other dealer...but Dee and Travis were excellent in communications and explaining what had occurred to our vehicle. They showed us the defective parts and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The biggest item learned from this is that Wilde Lexus has INTEGRITY! What a pleasant surprise in this day and age. Dee and Travis should be commended by the Management for the way they handle these situations...they were extremely empathetic and actually cared about our situation and in helping us through it. we felt cared for. How many times would you ever expect to hear that describing a Service experience ...especially one where they didn't know us from beans!
