I brought my car in on Friday for an oil leak problem.Debbie Millis called and told me there were two other issues with the car. I don't believe that I gave permission to do any other services than what I intended to have repaired. I appreciate having a loaner car,as the repair was not finished in one day. When I went to pay the cashier I was suprised that my bill was appprox.3x what I expected. I understand that the other issues needed repair but I would have probably waited. Debbie Millis must have seen my concern of having a larger bill than expected and offered me a tank of gas. I like the customer service given and Debbie Millis is an excellant employee. I am just concerned for myself and other customers who may have a similar experience. I am able to pay the bill,but what if I was not able? I believe that before the verbal approval is given by the service writer that maybe to repeat what is being done and the estimated entire bill should be agreed on. I maybe would have taken the water pump issue and timing belt replacement to my own mechanic at my convience. Wilde Lexus and Dee Logan have gone beyond our expectations to satisfy us with a repair to our RX330 (2006). Our problem( noise) was worked on extensively and seemingly repaired. When it was evident that it was still there, they repaired it again. This time with success. We were supplied with a loaner each time so our lives and schedules were not affected. We were treated extremely fair and with respect. Dee has won our hearts with her customer relations skills. Having been business owners ourselves, we would love to have had someone like her in our business. What an asset to Wilde! Thank you Dee and the hard working mechanics. We had barely started a road trip to Pennsylvania from Ft Myers, FL, when we realized we had a flat tire. Lexus Enform contacted roadside assistance from Wilde Lexus - they were prompt in contacting us, in coming out to put on the spare tire, and in guiding us back to the dealership so we could have a new tire installed. We were welcomed into the dealership (along with our dog, Riley) and waited for the repair to be completed in air-conditioned comfort (even had dog treats for the dog!). What could have been a very trying event was very tolerable and our trip to PA was delayed only briefly. We are grateful for the excellent service and the kindness shown to us and Riley! More
