We responded to internet solicitation for service and was assigned a time and a service advisor (Lisa). Upon arrival advisor was not ready and were seen by Liz. She took the order and we waited over an hour assigned a time and a service advisor (Lisa). Upon arrival advisor was not ready and were seen by Liz. She took the order and we waited over an hour or two until Charlie de Martini, our usual advisor came to see us and went over our order and what the car needed. We obliged, and the car was ready in less than hour. De Martini was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us good advise concerning the service of the car. Lisa was a disappointment. More
