When I moved from Maryland 7 years ago, I was sorry to leave my Lexus Dealership, because they were very good. Two weeks here and still unpacking, my Lexus died. Had it towed to the place in town, Wilde Lexus, walked in as a stranger. Jay Lohse, the now service manager, heard my story, and checked the Lexus national data base, and when it was determined that the battery was faulty, replaced it under my warranty, no cost to us, no paper work from us, and no hassel. I walked out of the dealership impressed. But now, 7 years, 4 cars later, I must say, I did not understand then, how absolutely fabulous this dealership is. Shortly after our first visit, Jay moved to a different area and we met Dee Logan, who became our new service manager, and has been for the rest of the seven years. Smart, gracious, competent, she makes sure my car gets serviced in a timely manner. Dee anticipates what needs to be done, chats about possible services we might want to consider in the future, but never pushes us to get the work done. Dee has an attiude I really appreciate: if the car needs something, can cover it under the warranty? (That is a good feeling, when it comes to your car dealership!) If I leave a message, she always gets back to me asap. I really walk out her office feeling that Dee Logan is working for me, not Lexus. I can't say enough good things about her. (Within the first year and a half, my husband, an Acura driver, was so impressed, he traded in his Acura for a Lexus at Wilde because of her, the service and quality of the car.) And I am happy to say, I have never had to go back to the dealershop after a job done there, because it wasn't done right. Their quality control is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. And, by the way, when I move next year, I will drive the two hours it takes to get to them, because they are that outstanding. More

Dee Logan is an outstanding Service Rep. She is very attentive and ALWAYS returns calls promptly with the needed information. As much as we love our cars the service from LEXUS is actually beyond what would be expected but keep it up, we sure don't want to lose it. :) Dee may be commended for how much she goes out of her way to see that everything is taken care of no matter how small or how large the request is. Another visit, another service by Dee and her team that exceeded expectations. We have two Lexus, this visit was for the IS250C. I don't drive the car often, so was taking advantage of a Wilde postcard off exceeded expectations. We have two Lexus, this visit was for the IS250C. I don't drive the car often, so was taking advantage of a Wilde postcard offer for a free oil change despite having only 7,500 miles on the car. Dee informed me that I'd be better off doing the 10,000 mile inspection, which I didn't know was free and about to time out. So I was pleased to be getting a better service than I expected, at no cost, only to have Dee tell me that she could also take care of a minor recall I didn't know about, which also came with a top off of the gasoline tank. Life just kept getting better! I thought this might take a fair amount of additional time and since I was waiting, she then surprised me with a two hour max service window. At this point I wasn't at all surprised when she came out to find me after an hour-and-a-half saying the car was done, including, of course a free wash. The only thing Dee couldn't do was get me home before the rain hit! Thanks to Dee and Wilde for another great service experience. More
