Jim called me Sept./Octwhen I was home in NYS. He was very helpful, but I found a car(2011 IS 250C) in Dec. elsewhere. I was in the area this April when the car needed a 30K service. Dee Logan worked with me and set up the appointment and also helped me secure a part I needed. She was a real pleasure to deal with. At that time i noted to her that I needed some instruction re the navigation unit, etc. She set me up with Peter Namerow. He made an appointment at my convenience and my spouse and I got a tutorial from him. He was nice to work with, specially since i am practically a computer illiterate. He, of course, could not go over everything the system is capable of as that would take more time than I, or most other folks, could allot to the task. However, he did go trough the basics, set up our phones via Bluetooth, and answered any questions we had. When we where done he simply told me to call him where ever i was if I had any specific questions in the future. All in all a very nice fellow. I found this experience to be most helpful and based upon it will be using their services whenever I may be in the area and in need of same. More
I went to Wildelexus for the 5k checkup on my new RX 350. Mrs Dee Logan is my service contact and I made the appointment, However over the next few months I had to cancel several times due to illness. W 350. Dee never said anything about me being early and took me right in and processed my paper work. She had a loaner waiting for me and in a few minutes I was gone. When I returned my car was serviced, cleaned inside and out. I couldn't ask for better service than that. Dee is a wonderful person and made me feel at home throughout the process. I have bought several new cars from Wildelexus and would not deal with any other dealer. More
Unexpected service needed. Eileen was patient, looked up car warranty information and promptly informed me roadside assistance would be calling me. I have always received outstanding service from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota but today, the service went way beyond my expectations! My Lexus wouldn't start this morning as I prepared to take my child to school. I phoned the service department (Gail) as soon as they opened at 7:30am. I could tell they were off to a busy start themselves but I expressed my "emergency". A service technician (Keith) was at my home just after 8:00am and had the battery replaced in no time! My child got to school and I was able to keep my doctor's appointment. I can't express how grateful I am to have had this kind of service! Thank you Wilde Lexus of Sarasota!!! More
Upon returning from a short five day trip we found the battery was dead on our RX 350. I called Debbie Millis and informed her of our problem. Keith came out at the request of Pat Cardone, who has been wonderful in my treatment not only during the sale but after Keith came out to fix my ability to use the garage remote on the car, as opposed t been wonderful in my treatment not only during the sale but after Keith came out to fix my ability to use the garage remote on the car, as opposed to the hand held remote. We had had problems trying to do this. Keith fixed this and I happily can use the remote on the car. I asked if I could ask additional questions. He was extremely receptive. He helped me with navigation, how to set the seats, which Pat had shown me, but I had forgot. Showed me that the window at the top goes back, letting in air and also that the back part would tilt up. I can not say enough about both Keith and Pat as to how I have been treated so wonderfully. Especially after the sale had already been made. Having been in sales all my life, I have seen sales associates that sell you an item and then are no longer interested in you. The successful ones were the ones who were always there for you. Debbie Millis helped us take care of some issues with our new used car we recently purchased. She was very proactive in getting our concerns addressed, got her lead technician Chad assign to our vehicle, an new used car we recently purchased. Chad was able to diagnose every issue we had and found a couple of problems we were not even aware of. Now our new used car drives just like it was new. Debbie is a big reason we love going to Wilde Lexus to purchase and have our cars serviced there. Chad was fantastic to when we met him. He was patient, courteous, and very knowledgable. I brought my Lexus LS460 in for a difficult to correct vibration that I felt at speed (over 70 mph). Chad drove my car, found and diagnosed the problem. He then personally oversaw its repair. At all times, he was pleasant, competent, professional and a real change from the typical dismissive type of attitude that is often associated with some repair people. He assumed that I really HAD an issue and then he confirmed it. The whole experience made me feel like we were on a successful team to improve my driving experience (which he did!). When I told him that I was a bit "picky" about my car, he suggested that I was just "meticulous". I appreciated that. When he confessed that he was "picky" too, I better understood why he was a head technician. In my experience, Lexus has a great product and Chad and Travis aim to keep it great. I have found the service at Wilde Lexus to be so good that I made it a point to have my wife shop for her new car there. I knew that she would be treated with courtesy (the service advisor, Debbie, is a reason enough to buy a car at Wilde) and never treated in a condescending way. She did purchase her car there. And, while the service isn't cheap, it is competently performed, they stand behind everything they do, and I always leave the dealership feeling good about the condition of my car (not to mention the free car wash).
