You should give me your best deal and it should it should stand for several days. I could not get your best price. Was told you could better but had to trade today to get it. So I walked out. I’m still looking, may or may not be back to trade. Will service next Lexus here in any case. More

After my previous service I tried to reach my service consultant Fausto multiple times and left several voicemails. The front desk also left a message with him and assured he would call me back which nev consultant Fausto multiple times and left several voicemails. When I scheduled the 40,000 service that I did this week I spoke to someone about changing consultant and they gave me Tim. My confirmation email then had Fausto as my consultant again and I emailed saying that I would not make the appointment if it was not changed to Tim beforehand. I received a voicemail saying that Tim was the consultant and they had fixed the issue. When I arrived with my car for my 11am appointment they again told me that my consultant Fausto was coming to meet me. Again, I had to mention that it was supposed to be Tim and they had to get him. At around 11:30 Tim came to meet and said the service would take 1hr to 1.25hrs. At 12:38 I received the video from the tech working on the car saying that it was ready and that my consultant would meet me shortly. 45 min later I went in to the office and asked if shortly is supposed to be 45 min or if something was wrong. Tim came and saw me 15 min after that asking if I wanted the car washed. All in all my simple 40,000 mile service took 3hrs. More

The real problem for me was when I picked up the car.it wasn’t clear where to proceed after I returned the loaner so I went to the cashier and paid my bill. I waited 15 minutes - no car. Finally walked out to ask, and the very helpful person doing car intake solved the problem. Got I’m my car and the steering wheel was dirty. I don’t love coming home from the dealer and having to wipe off the steering wheel. I will go again because I have prepaid maintenance but I’m not sure I’d recommend them for those who don’t. More
