Our first visit to Wilde Lexus was a spur of the moment decision. We didn't know anything about the Wilde Lexus dealership or anyone who had previously purchased a vehicle from Wilde. We weren't sure what type of car we really were looking for and at first thought we wanted a Lexus SUV. We were in no particular hurry to purchase a car and thought we would have to be looking for weeks and weeks. We actually came into the dealership somewhat late on a Saturday afternoon. It must have been our lucky day as Jim Lally introduced himself and started helping us. Although the late hour, Jim was patient, informative, helpful and we never felt rushed nor hurried. We were able to test drive 2 vehicles and decided they weren't quite what we wanted. Although now past 6 p.m., Jim stayed beyond closing hours and showed us several other vehicles on the lot to possibly consider for a followup test drive the next week. He was courteous, professional, but down to earth with none of the customary car salesman type pressure or phony sales talk. We decided to try to come in after work on a Tuesday night. Work schedules didn't allow that, however, and we made arrangements to come in the next Saturday when we could devote more time. Jim had several vehicles lined up and we were able to test drive 2 more SUV's plus 2 sedans. Our last test drive was the charm and we purchased a 2010 Lexus ES 350. We couldn't be happier with our Lexus - the quality, the workmanship, the beauty of it, etc. but the big component to our even buying a car at this time was Jim Lally and the superior customer service from Wilde Lexus. The customer service is first class. We have never had such a stress-free and positive car buying experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you from the Ballaron's. More

My 90 year old father had a 2006 SUV and everytime he went in for any service, or just to say hello, everyone was great to him. He dealt with Raphael. A few months ago I was browsing for a used car and decided to look at Wilde. Jim Lally was the first person to come over. We found him knowledgeable,friendly,& he spent time with us even when we said we were just looking. Much to my surprise we left awhile later and I was the owner of a beautiful, red SC430. Jim Lally took his time to make sure I was comfortable with my new car and answered any questions I had. He is always curteous and goes out of his way. I recommend him to my friends and when I am ready to trade in I will deffinately call Jim. My service rep is Lisa and whenever I call her she returns my calls in a reasonable amount of time and always goes out of her way to get things done for both of my cars. She is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable,and helpful.I have also had cause to call for have roadside assistance by Keith on 2 separate occasions. He is prompt in calling and coming when expected. These people are attentive, intelligeng, courteous and very effective. Upon sale/purchase negotiation I asked Harry for a "bottom line, all in price" and that's what I got. They "threw in" minor body work to the front bumper, which I hadn't noticed prior to the signed sale agreement, gave me a new RX loaner for three (3) days, too during the repair. He even came to my house to program the HomeLink device to our garage door. Upon needing minor body work, caused by their car wash equiptment, they jumped through hoops to accommodate in a very timely manner, as time was of the essence for me; I was relocating to the Chicage area within days. In short, I would say they are absolutely at the TOP OF MY LIST for automobile dealers and I would have no hesitation buying another car from these people or recommending them to my family and friends in the Sarasota area! By the way, I was never a very big LEXUS fan however, this past January, it became clear to me and my wife we needed another car...Harry, etal., cut a deal within less than twenty (20) minutes...from there it's been onward and upward with impeccable service and follow up!
