Qualtity not quantity makes a difference and Mr. Noah Hockberg is by far the most caring salesperson I have ever known! When my husband and I first bought our Lexus, he was there to answeer every and al Hockberg is by far the most caring salesperson I have ever known! Shortly after that, my husband suddenly passed away and Mr. Hockberg became my "life line" when it came to my new automobile. No question was "stupid" or rediculous. Every time I needed someone he was there for me. He has become more than a salesman; he is my friend. Every time I come in for a car wash or some service related issue, he is there for me. I cannot tell you how many times he has had to reconnect my Bluetooth, for example. I can trust Mr. Hockberg with any and all my auto decisions and I never have to worry that I am getting anything less than the very best advise. He knew a great deal about the vehicle we were interested in, was quick to show us the possibilities that met our needs, and was pleasant to work with. We found an ES350 that was just right and decided to make an offer including a trade. Todd handled our negotiations very quickly and professionally, and both my wife and I thought that Todd and the dealer treated us very well. I have purchased many cars in my life, and I would have to say that this was the quickest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. As someone who finds the whole car buying experience somewhat stressful, Todd Brown could not have gone the journey to Sarasota is cetainly worth it.
