This is my second Lexus purchase from Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Todd Brown, our salesman, was very knowlegable and knows his product which made me very comfortable with my purchase. Todd is friendly and personable and did not play the sales "games" that too often happen with car purchases. I don't play games. When I picked up my new purchase Todd spent plenty of time explaning all the features and I did not feel hurried at all. I left feeling I had secured the info I needed to operate my new Lexus for peak performance and pleasure. Todd consistantly reminded me to call him at anytime if I had a problem or question and I trust he means just that. Our Experience with the Todd Brown of Wilde Lexus was the most pleasurable car buying ever. Todd was knowledgable and not pushy. We were first time buyers of a Lexus and our experience was excellent. Harry Fendt was our salesman and he told me about our car over the phone. The Tampa dealer wouldn't even let us look at theres until it was completely detailed.(???) The car a SC430 was exactly as he stated. Harry and I agreed on a price and shook hands on it. No contract or deposit was needed until the car was completely detailed and met my expectations. I recieved daily calls on it's progress and after a few days it was ours. Not only did he follow through on his promises he also got me the entire service history for our car. Harry is a man of his word and also knows alot about cars. I have and will continue to recommend Harry Fendt. More

Thinking about upgrading our LS350 we went after church to see the displayed used 2007/2008 LS 460. Happened to be their end of month sale and Joe Rivas appeared and offered help, Nothing on the lot met ou to see the displayed used 2007/2008 LS 460. Happened to be their end of month sale and Joe Rivas appeared and offered help, Nothing on the lot met our needs but Joe knew of a 08 on the back lot and brought it up for our inspection. It met our color preference, mileage limitation and was equipped as we wished. He demonstrated the newer features, the finance rate was favorable so we arrived at a satisfactory price. After delivery a couple of questions occurred including 'programming of the garage opener. We were pleasaantlly surnprised when Mr. Rivas made a "House Call" to do the service. His follow up calls and service reflect well upon the PR program of Wilde. We definattely apreciated workig with Mr. Rival, he is a real asset to the dealership. More
Michael has a very desirable low key approach, and did not pressure us and went out of his way to solve all our requests. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE FRONT DOOR OF THIS DEALERSHIP I WAS GREETED BY MICHAEL GILDAR. IN A VERY FRIENDLY WAY HE INQUIRED AS TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.
