He was than going to research this information as to determine what the cost of the battery would be. Keith is a roadside technician who helped me today with a dead battery. I was stuck (with a friend)in a hot car and my call to the dealership was responded to quickly and directed quickly to Keith. He went out of his way to respond quickly and efficiently. Battery was replaced, other electrical needs checked to be sure everything was responding properly. Tom is very professional, timely, courteous, patient, efficent and takes to heart the importance of finding the right vehicle for you within your budget. His bottom line was to make me happy and he searched out different options to make my buying experience (and owning experience) unique. I am now the proud owner of a really cool, comfortable and luxurious IS 250. I can proudly say that my car will be admired by all and I will not find another one on the road quite like it. I almost went with a difference color but wasn't ecstatic about it so Tom put the wheel to the grindstone to find me exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me to get the price I wanted and was very fair and straightforward with me. Tom is a family man with great values and is a pleasure to work with. I appreciated everything he did for me to make my experience positive. I was greeted with a charming smile everytime I came into the dealership to narrow down my decision. During the purchasing process I was impressed with the courtious, friendly and professional manner in which my wife and I were treated. Peter Namerow made the experience surprisingly pleasant. Subsequent help from David Trimble in learning the nav system was equally impressive. He knows his subject. He is an experience, and effective public speaker who conducts his seminars with skill. He doesn't let questioners drag him off the subject but answers all questions appropriately ("I'll be answering that question later." or "See me after the meeting and I can take you through the whole procedure."). He conducts one-on-one tutorials with a friendly, positive approach that makes learning easier. I have also been impressed with the way both men speak of the Wilde Lexus Dealership. Much of the success of the dealership can be attributed to the a team effort and it appears to me everyone at Wilde Lexus is on the team. Such a level of esprit de corps is not easy to achieve but once achieved it is to the advantage of the dealership, its employees and its customers alike. More
This was my approximately 15th Lexus from this dealership and Tom McOmber since the mid 1990's. Several years ago I moved back to Ann Arbor from Sarasota but still go down to Wilde Lexus to get my new cars a and Tom McOmber since the mid 1990's. Several years ago I moved back to Ann Arbor from Sarasota but still go down to Wilde Lexus to get my new cars as does my wife. Things have not been good economically in Michigan but they still, when needed, handle the situation and make everything work out. These folks actually know what loyalty is, both ways, and practice it. This latest purchase last week of another LS460 Dave called on the drive back to make sure I was using the new gadgets properly. Absolutely outstanding. If GM had a few Tom McOmbers then maybe Detroit would be in better shape. More
