He had the paperwork ready to go in no time at all and he made sure we had a clear understanding of the lease agreement. We went to this dealer not sure if we could find something my wife would like at a price we could agree to. After driving three (3) different Lexus models, wife stated she liked the RX350 best. It rode a little higher, was comfortable, and seamed to have less road noise. It was also the easiest for us to get into and out of, the main deciding factor. After moving to Bradenton from Wv. we figured it was time to trade in our 07 Es 350 for a new one and Jack worked up a trade for us that we couldn't turn down but after 3 months we had a big problem 900 mile to trade in our 07 Es 350 for a new one and Jack worked up a trade for us that we couldn't turn down but after 3 months we had a big problem 900 miles from my truck and no way to haul big items. Again we got online with jack and after a few days and a lot of work on his part he got us a good trade on a brand new loaded Rx350. Knowing how hard it is to trade a brand new car in after we just bought it and get a deal that we really liked had had to take a lot of work from Jack. We trade about every 3 years so I hope Jack doesn't retire for quite some time. This dealer ship makes you feel like that they appreciate your business and want you to come back, not like a lot of dealerships that will sell you a car and hope they never see you again.
