The end of November 2011, my son and I were met immediately by Boris Korolik in the showroom at Wilde LEXUS. He spent several hours introducing me to the Lexus Sedans and I drove a Red 2008 LEXUS E immediately by Boris Korolik in the showroom at Wilde LEXUS. He spent several hours introducing me to the Lexus Sedans and I drove a Red 2008 LEXUS ES 350 with a Navigation System and I was very pleased with Boris' professionalism, cordiality and complete coverage of every part of the car, the perks of ownership and a tour of all the building. Explaining that I was not going to buy MYCAR until January, but I definitely wanted a used LEXUS ES 350 - Red - with a Navigation System etc. Boris sent several cards and called twice during that month's period and he called Jan. 27th with "just the car I wanted" and I indicated that I was definitely ready to buy. Before my appointment on Jan. 28 I was thinking of a second color - when I arrived, Boris apologized that the red one had been sold before he hung up his call to me Jan. 27, but he was assuring me that he had one I would definitely like. Before seeing it, I told him that blue may be a better choice - and there it was..... the Cerulean Blue with the Navigation System. I bought MYCAR on Monday when we could also contact my Insurance Co., get the Title and license plates changed and go over all of the paperwork - given a thorough explanation again of all the interior systems, given the many books, keys, etc. and a walk-through of all of the Wilde "Family" who would service me and MYCAR. When I get a cell phone to be used with the Bluetooth, I am looking foward to learning more from David, the technician, at my condo. I would highly recommend Wilde. R. June Moore More

Patrick was the internet sales manager, who I dealt with from beginning to end. He gave me a fair deal on the 2011 Mercedes E350 that I purchased and a fair deal on my trade-in, which he gave me, sight-unse from beginning to end. There weren't any tricks or bait and switches and the car I purchased was as described, in perfect condition. My only criticism, and it has nothing to do with Patrick, is that the "dealer fee" is rather high at $589., especially for an internet deal. I originally found this car on Ebay, where most dealers have a fee of around $189. But, the deal was still good with that included. All in all a great car buying experience, which can be hard to fing these days. Thanks again Patrick! More
