When we arrived in Florida this year we met with him and let him know what we wanted in a car. As soon as something came in that met our needs he let us know. We bought a car from him within 3 weeks after our arrival. He made the process go so smoothly that we then decided to get a second vehicle. He was thorough, knowledgeable friendly , professional, and never forgot anything. He was on top of things at all times. He did everything he could do to make this process go smoothly and without the usual salesman approach. We did buy our second car from him. Little did she know that the car was actually for her when she returned home with it. I cannot say enough how Steve made all this so seamless by making Alex's experience so enjoyable. From tracking her flight and delivering a car to her at the Tampa airport, to suggesting places for her to stay on the Gulf.
