Jason also demonstrated a sincere appreciation for the value of my time and he provided me with a 'loaner' as the work was going to take several hours if not more. Took it to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota and Dee Logan from the service dept took pictures and got a approval from Lexus for new leather replacement under warranty. They furnished a new 2016 RX loner to drive while it was being repaired. Fixed like new in 1 day. Wow, such great service. I can honestly say Dee went beyond anything I expected and Wilde Lexus offered the best service I have ever found anywhere! More
