Not only was I surprised how warm and friendly everyone treated me at this dealership, but most important I did not feel any pressure to buy a car right away. Carl Leblanc was our sales agent and he was e treated me at this dealership, but most important I did not feel any pressure to buy a car right away. Carl Leblanc was our sales agent and he was extremely patient and kind dealing with this 77 year old . It took several weeks before I finally decided on the model of the car and Carl was with me answering all my questions to my satisfaction.. The two young gentlemen who helped me with all the new technical support questions were fabulous and helped set up my new ES 300H. I am loving my new Lexus. More
