I have been very careful not to give a negative review, I have had 2 contacts from the dealership concerning my review. Both times I have been upfront about my concern. I paid for a 3 year subscription to Si have had 2 contacts from the dealership concerning my review. Both times I have been upfront about my concern. I paid for a 3 year subscription to Sirius it seems that Sirius has no record of it and after speaking to them twice they do not have any record of it. My salesman called after I sent a reply to the GMs email asking if I had any concerns. I never received a reply from the person I sent it to. ( don’t send a email from a dealership principal and the not answer it) My Salesman called after the sale was nice and said don’t worry about it I will get the 3 year subscription. I told him I would believe it when I see it. (I assume the call was a response to my original email) I just received a call from a woman at the dealership asking me to fill out my review. I told her my concerns, she stated she has never heard of the 3 year subscription but would ask my salesman. I tried to explain to her that he was aware of the situation. As I was talking to her she cut me off several times, After I told her she had cut me off she said I’m sorry I was having a hard time hearing you, Then she ended the call with you have a nice day.
