Seriously attentive and loyal! Lexus of Orland is where I purchased my 2005 ES 330 in May of 2008. This dealership is the only dealership that has serviced my vehicle. When I am told a service is needed, I have it done. I truly believe that the maintenance and care that my ES 330 has received from Lexus of Orland is the reason it is still running smoothly! For the age of my ES, I can’t complain about the money I have spent to maintain it. It has been extremely reasonable. Thank you Lexus of Orland!! More

My normal service representative Joe who has all way did any outstanding job with me was not there and I was assigned service representative Morgan. She did a terrible job. She was rude, argumentative, and very disrespectful. It got to the point where I asked for another representative. I guess your company spoil me with the outstanding service I have been receiving from your sales and services departments in the past. If you check your system you see that I purchase two new cars from you a 2018 GS 460, 2016 GS 460 and your company services my 2011 ES 350, I am a loyal customer of your company and the Lexus family. That's why I don't understand why I was treated the ways your staff did. The representative and the cashier is in need of basic customer service training. The only bright spot was when the general manager got involved. He spoke to me like the valued customer I am and said that he take the problem for action and get back to me. I hope we can resolve the problem fairly with my car. The problem that I didn't understand is how a damage part is covered and not labor to install the part this did not make sounds to me. Why driving on interstate 94 east my tire disintegrated (a clear deficit in the tire) the representative demanded that I paid the 150 labor charge. I told her no and can I speak with a supervisor that when all the unprofessional behavior started. I when to my original sales person and said that she would look into and fix the 150.00 problem. The service people came back and the tire caused additional probles and I will to additional 6 to 7 hundreds dollars. I told her no that problem was from the definitive tire and it should be covered by my warrant and/or my tire insurance policy that when communication broke down and I asked to speak with owner. Made me feel like I was appreciated. Brought my vehicle in for just a couple of items to be looked at. I haven’t had the car very long and it was a Pre Certified vehicle. Service Departme Brought my vehicle in for just a couple of items to be looked at. I haven’t had the car very long and it was a Pre Certified vehicle. Service Department made sure I was comfortable in the customer lounge. They kept me informed at each step on the progress. Within 90 minutes car was completed, washed and I was on my way. No charge!! They thanked me for bringing my vehicle in and asked me to call them if I had any other issues. None since then. Can’t wait for my oil change and service check. Keep up the great work!!! More
