Professional, prompt service I have always had great service from Lexus of Orland, and this past visit was no exception to that! I had to take it for my 15,000 mile service and h I have always had great service from Lexus of Orland, and this past visit was no exception to that! I had to take it for my 15,000 mile service and had considered just taking it somewhere local for oil change & tire rotation, as Orland Park is about a 30 min trip for me. But, I decided to work it in my schedule and take it back to Lexus as they have always provided excellent service. What a pleasant surprise, when they not only completed the work in a timely manner, but also advised there was no charge as I had my 2 previous check ups done with them! I was prepared to pay and that was something they certainly did not need to offer me, yet it shows their professionalism and care for their customers. More
