**Buyer Beware** My teen daughter went in to get a basic oil change. She was sold services that were not needed on the vehicle and was made to spend over $330 unnecessarily. In addition, they were trying oil change. She was sold services that were not needed on the vehicle and was made to spend over $330 unnecessarily. In addition, they were trying to get her to spend $1600 for a brake job that was not needed. Luckily, she had the sense to call my other daughter who spoke with the service agent and stopped it from being done. I stopped in a day later to speak with the service manager "Joe Pervazas" in effort to have him correct the situation. When I explained that my daughter knew she was getting ripped off called my other daughter his response was "I guess she should have called you" basically, admitting that they had taken advantage of her in a way they would not have been able to had an adult intervened. His way to compensate was to offer a 10% discount on a future oil change. 10% of a RIDICULOUSLY PRICED $95 oil change is nothing but insulting after taking advantage of a teenager. In addition, he tried to say the $95 dollar oil change was already a discounted price. So, if you are looking to get screwed on even a basic oil change then you know where to go. Highly disappointed in the lack of integrity in a local business. More so in the lack of compassion for the earnings of a young teenager. It's predatory! You've been warned. More
I brought the RX 350 in for service and a safety check. David was very helpful and spent time listening and giving me some options on my issues.
