Bad customer service! Took my car in for a tired rotation. No one came in the waiting area to let me know the status after 2.5 hours. Could not find anyone. Finally I found my car. The told me my service rep. had left. They told me I could take my car they were finish. They call me when I was driving and told me to come back to sign some service papers.
