Mike was initially great for our purchase of a new RX 350H. My family decided to purchase a GX 450 and had instantly regret because it didn't meet our need. My aunt didn't speak English, was trying to share with Mike that it was not suitable for her needs, he refused to talk her, showed his frustration verbally and outwardly. She was in treatment for breast cancer, I think the approach to the situation could have been a lot kinder between human to human. More

Alex has show my family nothing but kindness and attentiveness through our two purchases (new and pre-owned).
