I would not hesitate to recommend him to an acquaintance who was interested in making the move to the Lexus product. Tommy,who gave the orientation to the new car was friendly and also very knowledgeable about the sophisticated equipment on the car. It would be great if there was an orientation class available to go over the fine points of the cars. There are so many things to beme acquainted with, that the time spent initially is almost overwhelming. The dealership has gone all out in providing an environment commensurate with the image of the Lexus name. The showroom, the restrooms and the entire facility are first class. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new Lexus. More

Recently, my husband and I purchased our 3rd Lexus from Lexus of Orland Park. As always we were made to feel as though we are part of an exclusive club. As soon as we walk through the front entry, we are greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist and hardy handshakes from the various dealership managers as they spot us from across the showroom floor. The sales associate is “our” liaison, as we continue through new vehicle selection, the trade-in process, pricing, documentation and required paperwork. From final selection through trade-in, finance and delivery, our sales associate is never more than a few steps away as he works behind the scene to coordinate all aspects of our new car purchase. We are always treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. As far as service and product delivery are concerned, Lexus of Orland Park cannot be beat—period! Every aspect of our new vehicle’s technology is presented and reviewed in the delivery process. Features and operational details are reviewed with assurances of follow-up guidance at any time, if necessary. All communication’s connectivity is synchronized along with radio presets—no detail goes unaddressed. Service, after purchase, is impeccable; the service reps seem to know my vehicles, past and present, better than I do. We have shopped other Lexus dealerships, and although we find all to be very accommodating, we always return to Lexus of Orland for the best new car pricing, trade-in value, finance rate, and product delivery and service. On the lighter side, no other dealership can match the sociability and jovial atmosphere we experience at Lexus of Orland Park. It's as though we are being entertained by good friends and family. Worst car buying experience I ever encountered in 35 years. They told me my car was equipped with HID headlamps and I found out through Lexus that in fact it did't have them. When I confronted them with years. They told me my car was equipped with HID headlamps and I found out through Lexus that in fact it did't have them. When I confronted them with the truth I could not get a phone call or email returned. Waited two hours for the finance manager to see me even though I paid cash for the vehicle and it was already prepped and waiting outside. The only people in the show room at the time were sales people. I did enjoy their fancy coffe machine. I needed three cups to stay awake while I waited. More
