When one walks into the delaership, one is greeted and welcomed by a smiling, friendly receptionist. Soon a salesman welcomes you and offers help. The salesmen are friendly, helpful and pushy. I found this vehicle on the internet. The price was right. With trepidation, I made the 180 mile drive to do the trade and pick up the new vehicle. I expected the usual dealer nonsense (time wasting, low ball trade offer, etc.)I was extremely suprised at the complete professionalism that I found at the dealership. I have purchased 10 vehicles in the last 20 years, but I have never seen a smooth, enjoyable process like this. It was pouring rain but Mike had the used Lexus "supreme" cleaned (spotless) and held in their 3 bay, well lit garage where I could see any nicks or scratches and thoroughly review the vehicle. (out of the rain). All dealerships should have these "clean rooms". Wonderful. The car was as great as he expressed on the phone. My trade was exactly where it needed to be. The financing was as advertised and also a very quick and easy process. When I drove off just a few hours later, I found that they had already cleaned my trade vehicle and a few things that I had left behind (probably under the seats)were neatly placed in my new vehicle. My clock in the Lexus had even been set with the current time in MY timezone. Mike Sabatino is a true professional and this dealership is a standout! I was in and out of the dealership in record time for this type of transaction. It was a pleasure taking a day off and driving 360 miles round trip pick up this vehicle. Call me crazy, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again, and highly recommend the dealership! More
