When I first came to the dealership I did not know anyone. I was introduced to Tony and he was friendly and not pushy or overbearing in any way. Since I had driven one, it was not necessary to drive, just sort of confirm the size, etc. We agreed after not too long a time on my trade-in value and it was fair. After the purchase, I was assigned one of the first cars coming over from Japan after the Tsunami. Tony kept me informed of its progress, landing in San Francisco, transport by rail to the midwest, delivery in Chicago, and finally arrival at Lexus of Orland. He was knowledgeable of the car and in a few minutes made me compfortable enough to drive it confidently. The Sales Manager and now the Service managers have treated me well when I return for periodic check-ups. I have nothing but good things to say about my first Lexus experience. I do hope it continues and that the quality of the car remains as high as it seems to be now. My HS 250 only has about 5000 miles. I would recommend this Dealership and my Lexus in particular. I can sum up our recent Lexus "experience" in just four words: IT WAS TRULY OUTSTANDING! I cannot begin to tell everyone what a pleasure it was to deal with Mitch Janicijevic and the rest of just four words: IT WAS TRULY OUTSTANDING! I cannot begin to tell everyone what a pleasure it was to deal with Mitch Janicijevic and the rest of the staff at Lexus of Orland. He is an outstanding salesman and very knowledgeable about our HS250 Hybrid. Since it is a new driving technology for us, he was very patient, answered the questions we had as well as the ones we didn't know to ask, which to me is the sign of an excellent salesman. He allowed us to take an extensive test drive on the highway as well as through the city, which helped us see how the car reacted in different situations, as well as allowing us to get a "feel" for the vehicle. I received a fair amount for my trade-in 1996 Camry, and the whole purchase process was handled professionally, efficiently, and especially with the feeling that you are never on your own and that the Lexus staff will be there to answer any questions at any time. Mitch even came over to our home to program our garage door opener to work with the vehicle's door-opening technology. That is above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion. Not only Mitch, but we also had supportive and thorough assistance from Peter Mangano, the Sales Manager, and Scott Nelson, the Service Consultant (who also helps my husband with his RX330 questions and service). They couldn't have been more helpful. But most of all, I LOVE my new car... it is everything and more. Safe, beautiful, comfortable, energy efficient and a real driving pleasure. I walked into the dealership and was greeted instantly by Sales Manager Michael Botica who introduced me to Salesman Jim Boulos. I actually went in looking for 2 other models and when the exact ones I wanted were not available, Jim didn't hassle me, but rather let me make a decision to purchase another. I told him what I wanted in and on the vehicle and he did some quick research and soon I was picking up a brand new 2012! He was more than helpful when I arrived for the pick-up, made sure he explained everything to me and told me to call him if I ever needed anything added, explained, or fixed. I thought right, when I walk out, I probably won't hear from him. Well, today he called me and wanted to know if I had any questions! What a nice surprise. Overall, I would say I gained some extended family members with my new Lexus family and a new friend in Jim. Good quality customer service! More
