The IS350 is just enough car for me; fast acceleration, reliable and walks the line between professional & sporty. My family likes its safety features and it 4 wheel drive. I started at this dealership in 2006 when a dealership near my house said they only sell cars by the sticker price and I was not going to do that. He makes buying a new car exciting and a pleasure which is a good thing because I used to get so stressed out and hated going to a dealership due to so many unpleasant experiences in the past. Mitch makes you feel like family, he is professional but warm and friendly. He calls every couple of months to be sure we are happy with our car, are familiar with the service center and when we need to go for our first service appointment. It is nice when he calls because he has become like family always remembers about the kids asks if my daughter will be looking for a car when she goes to college. Or just a few days ago he remembered my son was coming home from deployment and mentioned he wanted to come up here from Norfolk Va to buy a car from Mitch. Now my son said this last May of 2012 and some how Mitch remembered and followed up with me to see when he was coming home and to let him know what he is looking for before he drives up so he can look for a good deal. He suggested that I put a small deposit on my credit card to reserve the cars until I could visit to do a test drive. I agreed and we set a time. When I arrived the cars were sitting in front for me to see and drive. I liked one of the cars, made an offer which was accepted, and now I drive a beautiful slightly used Lexus. Keith O'Meara is the service manager and he is very accessible and very helpful with any mechanical issues that sometimes arise. He has been with the dealership longer than I have, which is a very long time! More
