This is my first Lexus and I was thoroughly impressed with the dealership, employees, and especially the quality of my new Lexus SUV. They gave us a great deal on our car and spent time with us before we left so that we knew how everything in the vehicle worked. The dealership waiting areas are very nice and comfortable. Our overall experience was outstanding and I love my new Lexus. It drives like a real luxury vehicle should. More

Not only did he explain the extensive technology behind Lexus cars with exceptional attention to detail and build quality but also the service side which is extremely generous beyond my expectations. I do a lot of internet research before i go into a dealership and this was the first time a Employee surprised me by giving me several bits of useful information i hadn't already read. After purchase, Chris has always been ready to help with anything i need which included a purchase on the service side of an accessory and always being available for any questions. I have been happy with the service side of the dealership and now would like to make sure this Lexus dealership is on the top of my list for my next Lexus. More
We had our previous Lexus serviced here for 13 years but this was our first car purchase. Stan Turner stepped forward to help us and spent 90 minutes with us, first exploring what we were interested in, le this was our first car purchase. He was very patient, answered all our questions intelligently, and genuinely tried to understand what we were looking for and how he could deliver for us. We left telling him that we were going to visit another dealer and try to get a sense where we'd do best. Stan called several times in the following three weeks to check on how we were doing, but in a low pressure way. I called him to schedule a metting one night after work to see if we could make a deal. Stan brought out a sheet that showed invoice and dealer costs for approximately the set of features we wanted. It wasn't a very good fit and later Pete, the sales manager came to help. As good as Stan was, Pete was the consumate professional. He saw where the price discussion was going, me stating that I didn't want to pay for a number of features that weren't of value to me. So, he started from scratch and found a car at another dealer that more closely fit what I wanted. We talked a bit about price and then very quickly found a meeting point and shook on a deal. Two days later my wife and I returned to finish the purchase. Though we had an appointment at 7:30, Stan was tied up with something else so we got started late. He was organized and walked us through things. After a bit he turned us over to another fellow who took us to a different room to show us services like paint protector, upholstery treatment, etc. We weren't interested and there was no hard sell. The next stop was a very fast talking finance guy. Not so pleasant, tried to sell an extended warranty, the price was high and he came down about 22%, but was still too high. So, we finished the paperwork and got back with Stan. The last phase was in the "delivery room" where Stan did a very patient and thorough job of introducing us to the car's many features. As our last Lexus was 14 years older, there were many new features for us. He walked my wife through the systems since this woudl be her car. he was also gracious in offering his help and the tech person's help on any of the many computer systems. We felt very nicely welcomed into their family. We were impressed that so much effort and attention went into the evening. We already sold ourselves on the car, but this was a nice additional benefit. Also we appreciated the full tank of gas! More
This is the second time we called on Chris to help us purchase a used car. He is extremely knowledgable about the Lexus cars and never pressured us. Chris was the best salesperson we have ever delt with. We talked with him about what we were looking for. We had quotes from other dealers and he ws able to beat all of them and quickly locate the vehicle we talked with him about what we were looking for. There were several features that we were not familiar with and Chris took the time to go through all of the features and explain how they worked. This saved us time having to look up everything in the manual and figuring it out on our own. He was not pushy at all and followed up the next day to see if we had any additional questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend asking for Chris Merx at Lexus of Orland! More

I helped my 81 year young father purchase his first Lexus. We had an outstanding experience due to the amazing service and quality attention we received from the General Sales Manager, Mark Mizera and Lexus. We had an outstanding experience due to the amazing service and quality attention we received from the General Sales Manager, Mark Mizera and the Salesman, Mike Sabatino. Mark was very honest with my Dad about what would be the most important features for him to get on his new Lexus. He did not try to oversell him, but instead treated him like he would treat his own father. Mark and Mike quickly located the car with all the features that my Dad wanted. They offered him an outstanding deal on the new car and my Father could not be happier. Mike Sabatino did an amazing job of walking both my parents through all the wonderful features of the car. Due to their elevated age, he took plenty of time and even met with my parents a second time to review certain technology things that they had question on. Mike even came in on his day off to make sure he was there in person to give delivery to my parents. For years my Father only bought Cadillac's. He says that his new Lexus is his favorite car that he ever owned and he wishes he bought a Lexus years ago. I am so glad that we went to Lexus of Orland and that they have such quality employees like Mark Mizera and Mike Sabatino. We felt comfortable from the moment we started talking with them and they made the overall car buying experience such a pleasure. More
